Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Impactful Digital Media, LLC (DBA Impactful Apartment Marketing) regarding your access to and use of LeaseFlow. By using the LeaseFlow application or visiting our website, you agree to these terms.
About LeaseFlow
LeaseFlow is a multifamily reporting and analytics application. It connects to data systems that your organization already uses (property management systems, CRMs, marketing platforms, analytics tools) to provide a unified reporting view.
Beta status
LeaseFlow is currently in a private beta. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality. We will give reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the product.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at support@getleaseflow.ai right away.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use LeaseFlow to access data you are not authorized to access
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass our access controls
- Use the service to send spam, malware, or otherwise harmful content
- Use the service in any way that violates law or the rights of others
Your data
The operational data your organization sends to LeaseFlow remains yours. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service (store, process, transmit) on your behalf. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party integrations
When you connect LeaseFlow to third-party services (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SE Ranking, Peec.ai, etc.), your use of those services remains governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
Intellectual property
LeaseFlow and its design, code, documentation, branding, and content are owned by Impactful Digital Media, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use LeaseFlow according to these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaseFlow is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our total liability for any claim related to LeaseFlow will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using LeaseFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that places it or other users at risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
